Starting a Blogging, Starting my Gap Year, Starting a Job.
So as you can probably guess, I'm trying to blog. I want to share, document and keep track of my gap year. As I take a step away from education, towards a year of full commitment to racing.
I hope to keep the Blogs coming and keep you up to date with things that take place.
For next year I will be racing for TBW Bottecchia Wigmore U23 RT. I have made the move from Catford CC Equipe/BANKS.
Early next year I will be spending 2 months (Jan/Feb) out in Calpe, Spain.
I have aims of racing abroad next year, looking into spending a month out in Belgium later in the year when the racing season gets going. This is part of my gap year that I have put together to give myself the best chance of success.
Until I go away I will be working at a local bike shop, called Cycle Right (http://cycleright.cc/). This is a high end bike shop, stocking and selling some magnificant bikes, wheels, accessorises and other items.
The TBW team management are currently working out the race programme for next year. It looks good. With big races both in the UK and abroad. As well as giving us the opportunity to achieve our own personal goal.
